Adele invited a fan who works as her doppelganger onstage for a photo at her concert in Birmingham on March 29.
The pop singer performed at the city’s Genting Arena last night during the UK ’25’ world tour. At the show, Adele invited Emily Bamforth, 27 from Northampton, on to the stage, with the star and fan talking and taking a selfie. You can see the picture below.

Mail Online states that Bamforth has worked as a lookalike for the pop superstar in the past, posing for images by photographer Alison Jackson, whose work frequently uses lookalikes to develop celebrity culture.
Bamforth has also downloaded YouTube make-up tutorials with her tricks on how to look like the star. The fan’s fiancé Tom Winkler told Mail Online that this situation “made her night”.
Adele’s UK tour proceeds in Birmingham this evening at exactly same venue later this week. Afterwards, the pop singer will have two London shows in April. You can see the precise dates below.
Birmingham, Genting Arena -March 30, April 1-2
London, The O2 – April 4-5
Adele is also planned to headline Glastonbury Festival this summer, together with other headliners Coldplay and Muse.
