Bon Jovi band is planning to present the 14th studio album entitled “This House is Not For Sale” and bandleader Jon Bon Jovi said regarding the new tracks, “We have nothing to prove.”
The fresh album, that was registered this time without guitarist Richie Sambora, is planned for a March release.
At the press conference, they held in Kuala Lumpur, the New Jersey singer and composer stated that the rock band “returned to the beginning”.
“We were recording at diverse times and various rooms in the studio. That is not going to happen anymore,” explained Bon Jovi at the press conference. “We returned to the place where we shoot ‘Runaway’ in 1982, where I used to sweep the floor and bring coffee,” explained the Bon Jovi as claimed by Ultimate Classic Rock.
“When I wrote ‘Runaway’ in 1982, my point of view was not the same; however with every single and passing years of our career, we progress. We hold our eyes open, and just write about the world we live in,” he stated to UCR.
“We truly did not write ‘You Give Love a Bad Name’ these days. It was excellent when I was 25 years but not when I am 53,”added Bon Jovi. “This track is about our entity. Entity is important and we are at a phase of our career where we do not have anything left to demonstrate,” the singer specified to The Guardian.
Bon Jovi explained to Billboard Magazine, “This strikes it right in the head and informs you what happened. Just listen to the song lyrics as it clarifies clearly, what occurred. And that’s that.”
Rock bandleader also told the music journal of “This House Is Not For Sale” that “trust me, the new single is good. It’s pointed,” he added. “It is a song we are going to be very proud of when it is going to be released this spring.”
