Forbes magazine drew up a top list of the highest paid DJs. The list includes such well-known electronic song writers like Calvin Harris, Tiesto, and David Guetta.

The first place features a musician Calvin Harris. He earned about $63 million over the past year. His track ‘How Deep is Your Love’ won the second place in the British charts in August 2015. In April 2016, the songwriter introduced a new single ‘This is What You Came For’, recorded with the participation of the singer Rihanna, who is working with Harris for several years.
The second place belongs to a DJ of Dutch origin – Tiesto. According to Forbes, he has played more than 100 concerts during the last 12 months, earning a total of $38 million. In addition, a contract with 7-UP brought a powerful lot of money to the musician.
The third place is occupied by a famous French DJ David Guetta. Thanks to performances in Las Vegas, as well as recording music for the European Football Championship 2016, the electronic dance music writer has earned $28 million in 2016.
