Singer M.I.A. announced that her US visa has finally been approved. Thus, the British singer is still able to arrange a scheduled tour across the United States of America.
The performer got hardly a visa to the United States in 2007, going on tour to mark the release of her second album ‘Kala’. Since then, she could not agree with the US authorities – in May 2016 she wrote on her Twitter page that she was not allowed to live and work in the United States.
Nevertheless, she finally obtained the visa. M.I.A. immediately informed her fans in Instagram about that.
The image displays a text exchange that first asks, “To tour or not to tour” and a subsequent message that says, “You’re visa has been approved.”
Recall that recently the singer released her latest album ‘A.I.M.’. According to the singer, the disc will be her last full-length release.
