Pink Floyd Green Is the Colour Video

The psychedelic rock group Pink Floyd introduced a new video for the song ‘Green Is the Colour’ from the album ‘More’ of 1969. The video used a song version recorded for BBC Radio.

The song will be included in a collection of rarities ‘The Early Years 1965-1972’, whose release will be held on November 11, 2016. The box set will include more than 12 hours of audio and 15 hours of video, including archival performances on television, the session at the BBC, previously unreleased tracks and demos.A cheaper version featuring two discs of material will be released on the same day.

The video features archive of live music footage interspersed with pastoral views of the sea and sky.

The live footage comes from a concert the band performed in Saint-Tropez, France, at the Pop Deux Festival on August 8th, 1970.
